1. Recommended use: N48 anti-wear hydraulic oil. During operation, pay close attention to the oil temperature rise. The oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 5℃, and the optimal oil temperature is 30℃-55℃. When the oil temperature is below 15℃ or above 60℃, heating or cooling should be provided. 2. The hydraulic oil should be replaced every 16 months, and the tank should be cleaned to remove dirt and dust. For newly put into use hydraulic equipment, the tank should be cleaned and the oil replaced after about one month. The filter screen should be cleaned when cleaning the tank, and the filter element of the oil filter should be replaced and cleaned regularly. To save costs, it is recommended to use an oil filter cart. 3. External electrical control lines are introduced through the electrical box. Please pay special attention to ensuring that the motor rotation direction matches the direction indicated by the pump arrow, and that the control voltage of the solenoid valve is consistent with the solenoid marking. 4. Starting the oil pump and motor: Before starting, check whether the adjustment handwheels and handles in the system are normal, and whether the electrical switches and travel stop positions are secure. Then, start under no-load for 15 minutes before slowly increasing the pressure. Under normal circumstances, frequent starting and stopping of the motor should be avoided during operation. When starting at low temperatures, the relief valve should be adjusted to its rated pressure of 112, and then the motor should be repeatedly jogged to fully overflow the relief valve, heating the hydraulic oil. Once the temperature reaches approximately 20°C, it can be put into use (if a heater is available, it can be directly heated). 5. The equipment should operate below its rated pressure; otherwise, it may easily lead to motor overheating or even overload and damage to other components. *The oil must be thoroughly filtered.
